Shipping Times

All in-stock items ship within 24 hours of order receipt Monday through Friday and usually same day if order placed by Noon . . . we’re pretty fast!

Shipping Charges are a flat rate based on the method of shipment as follows:

Continental United States

  • Standard Shipping (5-8 Business Days) FREE on orders $40+*
  • Standard Shipping (5-8 Business Days) $5.49
  • Expedited Shipping (2-4 Days) $15.95
  • Express Shipping (1 Day) $35.00

 *Free shipping is restricted to the 48 contiguous states, excluding Hawaii and Puerto Rico.

Alaska / Hawaii / Puerto Rico

  • Standard Shipping (5-7 Days) $14
  • Expedited Shipping (2-4 Days) $19
  • Express Shipping (1 Day) $40.00

Canada

  • Standard International Economy Shipping (6 - 10 Business Days)  $38.25*
    *Due to current shipping conditions, it is extraordinarily costly to ship from the USA to Canada at this time. We recommend shopping our products on Amazon Canada until conditions improve. 

Mexico

United Kingdom – UNAVAILABLE FOR SHIPMENTS

Currently, we are unable to offer shipping options serving the United Kingdom (UK). We hope this will change soon, though. 

 

International Shipping Pricing

Shipping is assessed at checkout depending on weight, location, and shipping method selected.

We ship to almost every country in the world. Reach out, though, if you have specific questions about international shipping and we’ll get you sorted right away.

Currently, we are unable to offer shipping to the United Kingdom (UK). Please shop our products on Amazon if you’re hoping to ship to an address inside the U.K.

Note: Shipping charges are assessed at a flat rate however any duties & tax charges that become due in order to receive the shipment are the responsibility of the consignee to pay so the shipment can be delivered.

 

Order Insurance/Shipping Protection

We offer optional shipping protection on all of our shipments. If you select this service, you’ll pay a variable fee (depending on your order total) at checkout for the confidence that we will fix any issues you experience with your order free of charge. This includes a full replacement of any items damaged, lost, or stolen in transit. This shipping protection is completely optional and not required to purchase. The option to remove this is at the bottom of the checkout page under the Terms and Conditions box.

 



Order Arrival Times

Standard Shipping by the US Postal Office is usually about 3-10 business days to the contiguous states of USA. Sadly, we use USPS to carry out our shipping and shipping times are not guaranteed.     If you're not obsessed, its on us. Items purchased within the last 60 days are returnable. For subscription returns, please email [email protected]. Freebies, promotional gifts, and gift cards are not returnable.

    Submit a Return

    We have made it easy as ever to submit a return

    1. Click the profile icon in the main navigation menu or go to the refund policy or a returns page, and then request a return.
    2. Log in to your account:
      In the "Email" field, enter your email address, and then click "Continue".
      In your email account, open the email sent from our store and copy the six-digit verification code included in the email.
       Go back to the online store, and then enter a six-digit verification code.
    3. Click "Request return" for the order that you want to submit the return for.
    4. If your order has more than one item, then select the items that you want to return.
    5. Select a return reason and add a note for the store.
    6. Click "Request return".

    If your return request is approved and requires shipping, then you will receive an email with shipping instructions and a return shipping label. After the product is returned, you will receive a refund.

    What if the package is shipped to the wrong address or shows delivered via the tracking number?

    If the package is shipped to the incorrect address we have a couple options:

    1. If the order has not shipped from our warehouse yet, please email us at [email protected] or call us at 4697776501 and we would be more than happy to adjust the address!
    2. If the order has already left our warehouse, we sadly cannot re-route or manually adjust the address in any way, shape or form once it has left our warehouse.

    3. Once the order is marked as “delivered” by the shipment carrier, our hands are a bit tied. You are more than welcome to contact the shipment carrier to review your options, but once a package has left our warehouse and confirmed delivery we are very limited in what we can do.

    Note: We know sometimes this might be a typo, a glitch, or just a mistake. We completely understand! Please feel free to reach out to us and we will do our best to assist any way we can.

    Why was my package not delivered?

    Packages may not be able to be delivered if:

    • a Shipping address was entered incorrectly
      or
    • USPS, FedEx, or UPS had an issue finding the location

    Another reason, while this is rare, could be due to the fact that FedEx does not deliver to P.O. Box addresses.


    No worries at all if any of this applies to your order! Just reach out to our Customer Service Specialist at [email protected] and we will get this fixed right away!

    Why did my order get cancelled?

    Sadly orders will be canceled if:

    • Shipping information is incorrect
    • Undeliverable address
    • Contact information is incorrect
    • PayPal timed out and/or a payment didn’t go through correctly

    Our amazing customer service team will send you an email (or two!) to check and see how we can help fix this order. If we have not heard back within 6 weeks we will have to cancel the order.

    Don’t worry! If this is an error, please contact us at [email protected] and we will get this sorted right away.

    Can I cancel an order that is back-ordered or not shipped yet?

    Yes, you can, if your item is on backorder or hasn’t been shipped, you can contact customer service at [email protected]. We will cancel your order for a full refund. Be sure to include your Order Number in the email subject line.


    Is there a restocking charge for returned items?

    Nope! No restocking fee and no hassle!

    I live in the U.K. Why don't I see any shipping options?

    Currently, we are unable to offer shipping to the United Kingdom (UK). Please shop our products on Amazon if you’re hoping to ship to an address inside the U.K.

    Will my shipment require a signature to be delivered?

    Nope! No signature is required so you can be out and about doing your thing and your order will still be delivered right on time.
