A general rule of thumb is to exfoliate once or twice a week. However, you know your skin better than we do. Pay attention to how your skin feels and increase or decrease the frequency as necessary.

This glove is well suited for normal skin types. It can also be safely used by those with sensitive skin. As with any new product, test it out on your skin before going all in. Exfoliate a small area using very, very light pressure to see how you react before moving on to exfoliate the rest of your body.
It’s a great idea to exfoliate before using self-tanner. These gloves are perfect for getting your skin in tan-ready shape. However, we don’t recommend you use them for actually applying the tanner. Use self-tanning mitts instead.
It’s not abnormal for your skin to turn a little red after exfoliating. However, significant skin irritation may be a sign that it’s time to use less pressure or to use your gloves less often.
Rinse your glove out with soap and water after use. Hang to dry in a well-ventilated area.
We recommend replacing your glove every 8 to 12 weeks, depending on how regularly you use it.

These gloves are absolutely amazing and does exactly what they are supposed to. My skin felt so soft after using these and my legs don't look flakey anymore. They're not harsh and I used with soap and a sugar scrub for stubborn areas. I highly recommend trying this.

These gloves are good for deep exfoliation without harming the skin. It helps with getting rid of those annoying little bumps on my posterior thighs.
I use them in the shower before using any products. I let the shower steam moisten my skin and then exfoliate with these damp mitts. The friction action removes sebum, dirt, and dry skin.
They have different level exfoliating gloves to select from so suitable for all skin types. I chose the deep exfoliating. However I use them all over my body. The material used to make these gloves are silicone free Viscose material that is specifically designed for soft skin.
