How to Build Your Essentials Club Box

1. Go to our Essentials Club Page
2. Select how many products you'd like to subscribe to—3, 4, 5, or 6.
3. Choose delivery frequency that's right for you (Don't stress! You can always change your delivery frequency at any time with just a click. If you're not sure what's right for you, try a delivery rhythym of 6 weeks. It fits most people's needs.)
4. Select your products.
5. Add your bundle to the cart using the button at the top of the page.

1. Log in to your beautybyearth.com subscriptions portal (You can find your account link on the footer of our website or on the mobile menu under My Account >> Manage Subscriptions).
2. Enter the email or phone number you used to make your subscription order.
3. Open your email or text messages and retrieve the custom code sent to you. Paste this code in the login page's box and click login.

How to Change the Products in Your Essentials Club Box

Want to swap a product (or 6) in your essentials club box? Here's how!

1. Log in to your beautybyearth.com subscriptions portal (You can find your account link on the footer of our website or on the mobile menu under My Account >> Manage Subscriptions).
2. Find your Essentials Club order from your active subscriptions.
3. Click the pencil icon on the top right-hand-corner of the Essentials Club Box product photo.
4. Select which products you'd like in your updated box. You can swap products by tapping the minus sign next to the product you'd like to remove. Add new products by tapping the plus sign next to the product you'd like to add.
5. Click "Update"
   That's it! Your new products will arrive in your next delivery! 🎉

How to Upgrade/Downgrade (i.e. Change the Number of Products) in Your Essentials Club Box

Wanna upgrade your essentials club box? Want to try a few less products next delivery and try a downgraded box? No problem! You can add more products or downshift to a smaller box in seconds. Here's how:

1. Log in to your beautybyearth.com subscriptions portal (You can find your account link on the footer of our website or on the mobile menu under My Account >> Manage Subscriptions).
2. Click the "Swap Product" button
3. Select your current Essentials Club box that you're swapping 
4. Next, select the Essentials Club Box you'd like to move to (e.g. if you're on the 4 product box, select the 3, 5, or 6 product box).
5. Finally, choose your products and click "update"

How to Change Your Essentials Club Box's Delivery Frequency

Change the Next Delivery Date

1. Log in to your beautybyearth.com subscriptions portal (You can find your account link on the footer of our website or on the mobile menu under My Account >> Manage Subscriptions).
2. Click the "Next Charge Date" button. This will display a calendar view. Select the date you'd like to receive your Essentials bundle and click the "Update next Shipment Date." If you want your products immediately, just click the "Order Now" button.

Get it Now

1. Log in to your beautybyearth.com subscriptions portal (You can find your account link on the footer of our website or on the mobile menu under My Account >> Manage Subscriptions).
2. Click the button next to your Essentials Bundle that says, "Get it Now"
3. Confirm your details and hit the "Get it now" button

Change Your Delivery Frequency

1. Log in to your beautybyearth.com subscriptions portal (You can find your account link on the footer of our website or on the mobile menu under My Account >> Manage Subscriptions).
2. Click the button next to your Essentials Bundle that says, "Manage My Info"
3. From the dropdown menu under Frequency, choose whether you want your box to arrive every 30, 45, 60, or 90 days. 
4. Click the "Update" button.

Skip Your Next Delivery

1. Log in to your beautybyearth.com subscriptions portal (You can find your account link on the footer of our website or on the mobile menu under My Account >> Manage Subscriptions).
2. Select the order that you want to skip.
3. Scroll down until you see the button for "Skip next shipment"
4. You'll be given the option to gift your next shipment or skip it. Click "Skip Next Shipment."
5. A notification will inform you when your next delivery would occur if you skip. Select "Skip Next Shipment" one last time. 

That's it! Your next delivery will be skipped!

How to Pause Your Subscription 

1. Log in to your subscription dashboard and select the subscription you'd like to pause. 
2. Click the "Pause Subscription" button
3. Select how long you would like to pause your subscription for
4. Confirm the next delivery date.

1. Log in to your subscriptions portal. 
2. Select the subscription order you'd like to gift. 
3. Tap the "Gift Next Order" Button. 
4. Fill out the Name, Email, Phone, and Address of the person you'd like to receive your next delivery.
5. Tap the "Gift Next Order" Button.

How to Update Your Billing or Shipping Info

1. Log in to your beautybyearth.com subscriptions portal (You can find your account link on the footer of our website or on the mobile menu under My Account >> Manage Subscriptions).
2. Find your Essentials Club Subscription Order from the Tabs at the top of the screen and select it.
3. On your EC order, tap the button that says, "Manage My Info"
4. Update your name, phone number, shipping or billing address here.
5. Click the "Update" button.

How to Manage Your Subscription Through SMS

1. Log in to your beautybyearth.com subscriptions portal (You can find your account link on the footer of our website or on the mobile menu under My Account >> Manage Subscriptions).
2. Find your Essentials Club Subscription Order from the Tabs at the top of the screen and select it.
3. On your EC order, tap the button that says, "Manage with SMS"
4. A form will popup with a field for your phone number. Enter your phone number and check the box that says "Opt into SMS Text Messaging."
5. Click the "Update" button.

How to Cancel Your Essentials Club Subscription
