THE BASICS
Is every product in your line available for wholesale?
Most of our products are available for wholesale purchase individually. However, from time to time, we have a few products not included in our wholesale catalog. If you have any questions, please reach out and we’ll get you sorted straight away! Please note that we do not offer product bundles at wholesale.

Which method of payment do you accept?
Visa, MasterCard, AMEX, and PayPal.
How long does it take to ship my order?
Our policy is to ship orders within 24 hours (and we like to beat that whenever we can! 🙂
TECHNICAL STUFF
Can I download your catalog?
Yes! When your wholesale account is accepted, the download link is delivered to your email address. Simply click that link to download the catalog.

Which shipping carriers do you use?
We use several carriers depending on weight and zone including UPS, FedEx, USPS as well as LTL carriers for larger shipments.
Can I use my own shipping account or freight forwarder?
There are some options here, but this will require you to contact us.
Do you have professional sized products?
All products in our line are sized for retail.
What happens if one of the items on my order is on back-order?
We try and keep everything in stock, in the event of a back-ordered item we will ship the remaining items on your order right away and fill the back-ordered item the moment it is back in stock.
How are shipping charges calculated?
Shipping chargers are calculated by weight and zone and this is done automatically by our system at the time of order placement.
Do you offer free shipping for wholesale orders?
If you are an affiliate with Faire and purchase our products from there, you will find some free shipping options available for your orders. Unfortunately, for our own wholesale site, we don't offer free shipping. The good news, however, is that we have intentionally priced our products very competitively so as to make them as accessible as possible.
How do I track my order?
As soon as your order ships, we’ll send you an email with the tracking info. You can also log into your account.
Do you offer dropshipping?
Unfortunately, dropshipping functionality is not something we currently provide.
PRICING & LEGAL
Why can’t I see wholesale pricing on the product pages and/or shop?
Wholesale pricing varies depending on the number of units purchased. When on the product page you will see the retail price as well as a table displaying sliding scale pricing (based on the number of units ordered).
Please note that you will need to be logged in to your account in order to see sliding scale pricing. Sliding-scale pricing is also in the wholesale catalog that you received in your account acceptance email. Lost your wholesale catalog link? Shoot us an email at [email protected]
Are there any e-commerce market places I’m not allowed to resell your products on?
We expressly do not allow the resale of our products on 3rd Party market places such as Amazon.com, eBay, etc. For additional information and restrictions please see our Wholesale Policies and Procedures as referenced in our Reseller Agreement.
Do I need to sign a Reseller Agreement?
Yes, we do have a Reseller Agreement and this is signed as part of the process to register as a Wholesaler.
What are your payment terms?
Orders are paid for in full at the time the order is placed online.
