4 Steps To Stay Tanned AF
All Year Long Without Burning

In Harmful Tanning Beds!

(Reading time: 3 minutes)

If you want that radiant summer glow that turns heads and grabs attention all year long…

…but you don’t want to burn under the harmful UV rays or use harsh chemicals…

Then I have a simple indoor solution for you!

Just follow these 4-step process - and you’ll have a radiant, sexy tan in ONLY 6 hours! Set a timer and let’s begin!

So the first thing you need to do is…

Step #1 - Prepare Your Skin

Skin preparation is the key to a natural-looking tan without streaks and blotches. That’s why it’s important NOT TO SKIP this step!

The first thing you’d need to do is a good exfoliation. Exfoliation helps remove dead skin cells - ensuring that the self-tanner adheres evenly to your skin and prevents uneven patches.

You can use a gentle exfoliating scrub or a dry brush to buff away any rough or flaky skin.

The best time to exfoliate the skin is about a day or two before applying self-tanners. And that brings us to the:

Step #2: Choose the right self-tanner

There are many brands to choose from: St. Tropez, Bondi Sands and Jergens to name a few.

I’ve been into tanning for a pretty long time so I tested almost all of them.

However, what proved to work best for me was Beauty By Earth’s tanning lotion. What I love about them are the clean ingredients they use, the amazing color I get every time and the sweet vanilla scent.

You can find them on Amazon, I’ll leave a link here in case you want to try it. I’d suggest starting with Beauty By Earth Tanner - Medium Shade especially when you’re new to tanning and you don’t have experience. They won’t turn you orange but give you that radiant glow.

Step #3: Applying the tanner

With your skin prepped and ready, it's time to apply the self-tanner properly.

Assuming that you have a tanner, you can begin application using soft, circular motions, moving from your legs to your torso and arms. Remember to blend carefully around your wrists and ankles to prevent those telltale lines.

Also, you can consider using an applicator mitt or glove. It’s not necessary.

However, applicators can prevent tanner from staining your hands and help distribute the product more uniformly across your skin.

Once you apply it everywhere, wait at least 15 minutes for the tanner to dry before taking on clothes or going to bed. And finally….

Step 4: Let the magic happen

After the tanner dries, you can wear clothes and continue normally with your life. Tanner will do its magic, and as time passes you’ll start noticing how your tan gets darker every passing hour.

And after about 6 hours - more or less depending on your skin type - you can expect your new sexy glow! And voila, you’re ready to show off your new image! That simple and easy!

Ready for your new glowing tan? You go get it girl!

As I promised, I'm sending you the link to my fav tanner. This is to their Amazon store (there's a lower price and free shipping, thank me later!).
