SHIPPING

All in-stock items ship within 24 hours of order receipt Monday through Friday and usually same day if order placed by Noon . . . we’re pretty fast!

 

Shipping Charges are a flat rate (sans state taxes if applicable) based on method of shipment as follows:

Continental United States

  • Standard Shipping (2-5 Days) $8.95
  • Expedited Shipping (2-4 Days) $15.95
  • Express Shipping (1-2 Days) $35.00

Of course, if your US order is $60 or more shipping is FREE!*

Alaska/Hawaii / Puerto Rico

  • Standard Shipping (5-8 Business Days) $14
  • Expedited Shipping (2-4 Business Days) $19
  • Express Shipping (1-2 Business Days) $40.00

International

  • Shipping is assessed at checkout depending on weight, location, and shipping method selected.

Note: Once shipping charges are assessed, any duties & taxes charges that become due in order to receive the shipment are the responsibility of the consignee to pay so the shipment can be delivered.

United Kingdom – UNAVAILABLE FOR SHIPMENTS

Currently, we are unable to offer shipping options serving the United Kingdom (UK). Please shop our products on Amazon if you’re hoping to ship to an address inside the U.K.

*Free shipping is restricted to the 48 contiguous states, excluding Hawaii, Alaska, and Puerto Rico. Threshold must be met after all discount/promo/store credit codes have been applied and before state taxes (if applicable).

 

Standard Shipping by the US Postal Office is usually about 3-10 business days to the contiguous states of USA. Sadly, we use USPS to carry out our shipping and shipping times are not guaranteed. We ship to almost every country in the world. Reach out, though, if you have specific questions about international shipping and we’ll get you sorted right away.

Currently, we are unable to offer shipping to the United Kingdom (UK). Please shop our products on Amazon if you’re hoping to ship to an address inside the U.K.

If the package is shipped to the incorrect address we have a couple options:

1. If the order has not shipped from our warehouse yet, please email us at info@beautybyearth.com or call us at 4697776501 and we would be more than happy to adjust the address!
2. If the order has already left our warehouse, we sadly cannot re-route or manually adjust the address in any way, shape or form once it has left our warehouse.

3. Once the order is marked as “delivered” by the shipment carrier, our hands are a bit tied. You are more than welcome to contact the shipment carrier to review your options, but once a package has left our warehouse and confirmed delivery we are very limited in what we can do.

Note: We know sometimes this might be a typo, a glitch, or just a mistake. We completely understand! Please feel free to reach out to us and we will do our best to assist any way we can.

Oh no! We’re so sorry to hear that. Packages may not be able to be delivered if:

-a Shipping address was entered incorrectly
or
-USPS, FedEx, or UPS had an issue finding the location

Another reason, while this is rare, could be due to the fact that FedEx does not deliver to P.O. Box addresses.

We offer optional shipping protection on all of our shipments. If you select this service, you’ll pay a variable fee (depending on your order total) at checkout for the confidence that we will fix any issues you experience with your order free of charge. This includes a full replacement of any items damaged, lost, or stolen in transit. This shipping protection is completely optional and not required to purchase. The option to remove this is at the bottom of the checkout page under the Terms and Conditions box. 

Nope! No signature is required so you can be out and about doing your thing and your order will still be delivered right on time.

HOW IT WORKS
1. Email info@beautybyearth.com your return request with the following information:
a. Contact information (name, phone number, email address)
b. Place of Purchase (Website, Amazon, etc.)
c. Order Number
d. Item Purchased
e. Reason for Return
2. Beauty by Earth will email you a shipping label to return the item.
3. Mail your return, using the label provided, back to Beauty by Earth with the following included in the shipment:
a. Original Purchase Receipt
b. A Note Stating Reason for Return
Refunds are processed within 2 to 5 days and will be re-credited to the original method of payment.
Please note the following items are non-refundable:
  1. Original Shipping Charges + Shipping Protection (if selected)
  2. Gift Cards
  3. Gifts, freebies, or samples
  4. Beauty Bloopers

If an item is defective or was damaged in transit we’ll get it replaced ASAP. Just drop us a line at info@beautybyearth.com and be sure to include your Order Number in the email subject line.

Yes, you can, if your item is on backorder or hasn’t been shipped, you can contact customer service at info@beautybyearth.com. We will cancel your order for a full refund. Be sure to include your Order Number in the email subject line.

Sadly orders will be canceled if:

-Shipping information is incorrect
-Undeliverable address
-Contact information is incorrect
-PayPal timed out and/or a payment didn’t go through correctly

Our amazing customer service team will send you an email (or two!) to check and see how we can help fix this order. If we have not heard back within 6 weeks we will have to cancel the order. Don’t worry! If this is an error, please contact us at info@beautybyearth.com and we will get this sorted right away.
