As a brand new customer, I bought the XL mystery box hoping to receive a few products to fall in love with and continue on my healthier skincare routine. When I opened my package, I found all tools and only one product. Unfortunately, these were all things I already had and have no use for so I will either be reselling or giving away. Please update your description so that others aren't duped into thinking they are getting products if you intend on sending everyone your overstock of excess tools that aren't selling. I will not be back :(
I bought the mystery box as a new customer hoping to be able to try a few products as I'm always changing up my skincare routine with better ingredients. Instead of receiving products, I received tools if they makes sense, and all are items I already have and currently incorporate into my daily routine. I bought the XL box and received all tools (hairbrush, gua sha stone, facial roller, etc) I was hoping to try some new products, fall in love, and sign up with auto ship moving forward but sadly I will not :( It was still a great deal but I do feel like the mystery boxes are misadvertised. I will be giving all of the tools away as gifts as I do not need them. I feel like I could have spent that money on what I really wanted to try!

I know the boxes change but my box had a tanning body spray, a body scrub, a bachuchiol toning spray and moisturizer. I wanted to try the bachuchiols so I’m happy
