(EXPLAINED) MORE NEEDED: Self Tanner UGC Video Campaign 

Shout out to Alanna who asked some very good questions prompting me to clarify what this task involves: 
 

For clarity, maybe I should explain a little bit more about what the ask is for these campaigns:

• 1: It’s an authentic review (just you, your phone, and product). There’s no need to edit, “create,” add music, or even post. Just a raw video that responds to 5 questions. It’s just you talking about the product. Here’s an example: https://www.videoask.com/f1d667iy1
  2: This used to be offered as a single video review but our affiliates felt confused about what to say, so we broke out 5 prompts to equal 5 short, 20-30 seconds slices. 
  3: My follow up surveys found creators spent an average of 10 mins doing this project (drastically shorter than UGC in general). In other words, we have a $55 product for 10 mins of work. Not for everyone, sure, but still pretty good if you’re up for it!

HOW TO GET MORE AFFILIATE SALES FROM PINTEREST?!

It’s the fourth-most popular social media channel, boasting 444 million monthly active users—many of whom are women. Almost half of women in the US use Pinterest. 

Even better: 40% of Pinterest users earn an annual income of more than $75,000—beating the 28% of Snapchat users, 29% of Facebook users, and 20% of TikTok users who break the income mark. 

1: Create several pins per post

It’s unlikely that Pinterest users will engage with one specific type of pin. Take a look at the search results for your industry. Chances are, there’s a range of visual content on display, from black and white photos to colorful graphics. 

There’s no rule on how many affiliate pins you can create for a single piece of content or link. The key to a successful pin is a high-quality graphic that will stand out from the crowd. So, use DIY marketing tools like Canvaand experiment with different pin templates, including:

• Vertical versus horizontal images
• Colored versus black and white photos
• Stock imagery versus graphics
• Text heavy versus visual ONLY
•
