FINDING YOUR ORDER NUMBER

Your order number is the seven-digit number that begins with an S included in your Order and Shipping Confirmation emails. It is also located on your order's packing slip and in your Beauty by Earth Account. If you cannot find these records, please reach out. We'd be happy to help!

All returns and exchanges must be processed through our Returns Portal within 60 days of the original purchase. In the event of aBeauty by Earth will provide a pre-paid shipping label to send your item(s) back. SEE FULL RETURN DETAILS

All in-stock items ship within 24 hours of order receipt Monday through Friday and usually same day if order placed by Noon . . . we’re pretty fast!

United Kingdom – UNAVAILABLE FOR SHIPMENTS

Currently, we are unable to offer shipping options serving the United Kingdom (UK). We hope this will change soon, though. 

SHIPPING PROTECTION

We offer optional shipping protection on all of our shipments. If you select this service, you’ll pay a variable fee (depending on your order total) at checkout for the confidence that we will fix any issues you experience with your order free of charge. This includes a full replacement of any items damaged, lost, or stolen in transit. This shipping protection is completely optional and not required to purchase. The option to remove this is at the bottom of the checkout page under the Terms and Conditions box.

ORDER ARRIVAL TIMES

Standard Shipping by the US Postal Office is usually about 3-10 business days to the contiguous states of USA. Sadly, we use USPS to carry out our shipping and shipping times are not guaranteed.
